Is Ride with Bow Uber or Lyft?
No. Ride with Bow is my private ride service operated through Potter Service.
Is a submitted request guaranteed?
No. A request is only confirmed after I review it, accept it, and send confirmation. Please always have backup transportation.
How many passengers can ride?
My minivan can carry up to six passengers, but available space may change when luggage or other cargo is involved.
How much does a ride cost?
Local rides currently start at $15, and rides to Gatlinburg may start at $25 from eligible pickup areas. The final price depends on the full trip details.
Can I pay with cash?
Cash or card may be accepted. I do not carry cash, so please use exact change for cash payments.
Is the app ready?
No. The app and user portal are still planned features and are shown only as previews.
Do you provide medical transportation?
No. Ride with Bow is not a medical transportation service and does not provide medical care or assistance.
